The Boullards restaurant in the heart of Paris has been a source of inspiration for chefs since the restaurant was opened in 2005.
The menu, which includes a range of traditional and contemporary French food, features dishes that are inspired by the Boullard family, including duck soup and choux pastry.
While the dishes aren’t necessarily meant to be the only things you can get at the restaurant, the menu is designed to be a place where you can take advantage of the full range of menu items.
The restaurant’s website says the menu will change with each new year, so check back here every Tuesday to see what the menu looks like next.
